Hi Mirko,

Sorry for late answer, but I found this comment in spam folder. BabaCAD supports dwg files up to R2006, and I can't promise when it will be support for newer dwg versions. But there are also some free tools to convert dwg to any dwg version or dxf. Type convert dwg in google and you will find tool to convert dwg to older dwg/dxf. If you just want to preview your dwg file then you can download a plenty of free viewers on the internet. BabaCAD is full CAD software (not just viewer) primary used for CAD design but you can also use it to view dwg and dxf files.

Regards

look i have no Idea about CAD software, I just recieved the designs of an item I need to evaluate in ".dwg" format. I tried out your Babacad software but it says: ..."R2007 file versions are not suppoted at the moment!" ¿WTF? This version is already 5 years old and my Engineer choose this format couse it was supposed to be "more compatible than newer file versions" (at least that was his explanation). My question now: will you ever include this old file version in your software or should I look for another tool just for viewing dwg R2007 files?
