Printing to other printers

I can only seem to print to the windows default printer. Am I missing the option to choose which printer to use?

You can choose the printer from the list of connected printers. Just go to View (Top menu) and click on 'Page Setup' menu button.

Can I plot A0 (HP plotter T730) in BabaCAD?

Sure you can. Set up the plotter like any printer. See the answer to the topic post.
